I always knew traveling the world was my path, and I began flight immediately after college. Who knew you could get a BA in Recreation and Leisure Studies! My adventures started with Club Med Resorts one week after graduation. I lived for one year in the Bahamas on an Island called Eleuthera, then Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. After a year of tan lines and surfers, I knew it was time to return to “stable” land and begin the “serious” stage of my career.
Luck would have it; Club Med hired me to run the West Coast San Francisco office for another six years. More sunscreen, please! So, in my early 20’s, I was skiing Chamonix, Val d’Isere, St. Moritz, Avoriaz, France, and beyond. Mexico and the Caribbean were monthly adventures for sun, fun, and cocktails. After seven years of traveling the world, it was time to take my other passions further and onto the Wine and Spirits Industry.
I worked for industry legend Mr. Sidney Frank beginning the year he created Grey Goose Vodka and many more iconic brands. I loved my nineteen years as VP of the West, and I am fortunate to have such an extensive resume and experience in the Travel and Wine and Spirits Industry. Everyone’s path in life is different, and I’ve experienced the many bumpy twists and turns life challenges you with, as everyone does. One day, I decided to take a leap of faith, follow my heart, and leave the corporate world behind. Welcome to Champagne Travels.
